Much of White Eagle’s teaching arises out of bringing comfort to the bereaved and dying, yet apart from the little book ‘Sunrise’ there has never been a substantial White Eagle volume devoted to the subject of facing death and of survival beyond it - life eternal. This book is exceptional in that it contains a great deal of new White Eagle teaching on the subject, as well as some familiar passages. Yet it also looks at the actual experiences people have gone through, using their own accounts and how they have been counselled at the time. The commentary beautifully supplements these accounts without taking away from the simple wisdom and beauty of White Eagle’s text.
Anna Hayward, the compiler, has achieved an extraordinary feat in bringing these strands together so usefully, and in producing a book which truly touches the heart of anyone who, for any reason, is enquiring about death and what lies beyond.

About the Author: White
Eagle White Eagle is the name by which we know a very wise and loving teacher in the world of spirit. He brought about the formation of the Lodge in 1936 through his earthly instrument Grace Cooke, and since her death (1979) and that of her husband Ivan (1981) White Eagle's inspiration - and theirs - has continued to guide the work of the Lodge. The name "White Eagle" is not attached only to an individual, but stands for a true vision through the mists of earth into a larger and more perfect life. You will also know that the white eagle is a symbol of St. John, the beloved disciple of Jesus, who was caught up in the power of the spirit and saw a new heaven and a new earth revealed.
